Our Services

EFC Consulting, Inc. will plan, manage, and write for all aspects of the grant application process. Our work includes prospecting for appropriate funders, designing programs, writing evaluation plans, compiling research, orchestrating application design and flow under tight deadlines, and simply refreshing existing organizational language. We are happy to work with larger teams and provides advice and expertise in approaching grant funders for long-term impact and sustainability

EFC Consulting, Inc. has designed, written, and received funding for the following grant proposals:

$1,000,000 – Office on Victims of Crime/Department of Justice
* To provide programming and holistic healing to survivors of human trafficking.

$1,000,000 – The Federal Department of Health and Human Services
* To provide dementia education to professional caregivers of individuals with developmental disabilities

$600,000 – The Department of Housing and Urban Development, via the City of Detroit
* To provide asylum seekers with shelter and essential services.

$3,000,000 – City of Detroit Community Development Block Grants
* To provide adult day programming, public facilities, homeless services, and community services.

$500,000+ – Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan
* To provide outreach to Detroit residents affected by dementia
* To provide LGBTQ asylum seekers with critical supports
* To provide equestrian programming for women with breast cancer
* To provide professional development to direct care workers supporting people with developmental disabilities
* To outfit a patient exam room in a healthcare clinic
* To improve diversity, equity, and inclusion practices within a nonprofit

$500,000+ – Robert Wood Johnson Foundation
* To investigate corporate tax codes and impacts on working families
* To support general operating expenses.

EFC Consulting, Inc. can also work with nonprofits to:
